Every day is like facing a battlefield filled with stress, pain, tension, panic situations, etc and it is a usual part of life. Men who knows to manage all these emotions are successful not only in there life ,but also in their career and profession.

Working in a harsh environment

Working at a high temperature of around 40 to 45°C creates fatigue among the workers. To manage this fatigue one has to be mentally strong. Physical exercise prepares our mind and body to work at such a harsh environment

Physical activity helps in sharpening our eye sight and hearing capabilities which is useful in sharp absorbing of the surroundings of the Engine room. The engine room machinery gives small signs of changes through sound, visuals and smell. It’s better to note all these minute changes using our sharp sense to avoid major breakdown.

Being confident with our speech

It helps in being confidence with our speech, while being with the crews. A commanding voice is a quality of leader. This will be useful for managing the crew by alloting work in completing a task.

Managing depression and loneliness

While at the room, depression is easily manageable if we become social with all our colleagues. So it’s better to spend time in the Recreation room to manage our depression. It is also scientifically proven that regular exercise also reduces the depression and stress levels in humans.

Before entering into our workspace it’s better to prepare our mind and body, a few hours back by incorporating physical activity, meditation, and having a proper plan for the day. These are some of the prerequisites required to have a successful day at the workspace.
